Penguin ID number
Penguin ID numbers are numbers assigned to orders when they are submitted. They are essential for the location of time-sensitive orders. Please have it ready when you pick it up or contact us regarding your order.
Proof Photo
We can send an image file for your approval before pickup or delivery -- this step may delay production and the deadline.
Reference Photo
We can send an image for your records after the project is complete. Reference photos will be sent within 24 hours.
